Muscle Wires
SMA muscle wires are mainly made of NiTi wires, ranging from Φ 0.025-Φ3.0 The elasticity can be controlled at around 3.7%, and the fatigue number can reach 105 levels. It can be divided into rapid and flash driven types based on the heating reaction rate, and ordinary types based on the temperature phase transition range of 75-85℃ ; High temperature type at 95-130℃ .
Nitinol Spring
NiTi springs are divided into one-way memory springs (-90℃ - 350℃) and two-way memory springs (-10℃- 90℃). Among them, two-way memory springs and nickel titanium copper narrow hysteresis springs are our company's characteristic products. The temperature control accuracy of the spring is ± 2 ℃.
For precisely controlled components, the temperature tolerance can reach ± 1 ℃
